Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

No, you don’t have to create an account. It is possible to check out as a guest. It is advisable to create an account. By creating (or using) an account during the purchase process you have made 3 things so much easier for yourself:

  • – keeping track of your order’s delivery status
  • – changing or canceling the order
  • – using your previous purchase history to become eligible for a Loyal Customer’s discount

Which shipping providers do you use?

We work with Fedex as our delivery partner for the United States and any other country outside the EU. We use DPD to ship within the Netherlands, Belgium and most EU countries.

How long does it take before I receive the hammock or hanging chair?

Within the Netherlands you often already have your hammock or hanging chair the next day. For orders from Belgium this can take 2 working days. Most other Eu countries will take 2 to 3 working days. Shipping to the US will normally take between 5 and 10 business days. If you have any questions about the delivery time, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you offer any kind of discounts?

If you are looking for larger quantities of hammocks or hanging chairs, we offer discounts. Feel free to contact us to come to an agreement on the price.

Do you accept orders from all 50 US states?

Yes, we do accept order from all over the US and Canada. We offer worldwide shipping at competitive prices. You can check your shipping cost by adding the products to your basket and fill out your country and postcode within your shopping basket view.
